Rabid Graphics (and Hydromonkeys) is, by nature, mainly an online supply business, and we offer a range of delivery options depending on your location.
Local deliveries may well be delivered for us by MAJ Paints 2 Ltd, a local bodyshop supply company with whom we share premesis.
National deliveries are mainly sent with Evri, either on the standard 3-5 day service or the newer next-day service. Larger orders may well come via Parcelforce, DHL, Fed-Ex or UPS, whichever works out as the most reliable and cost effective option.
International deliveries will be sent with one of several companies depending on your location and costs. Primarily we use UPS, Fed-Ex or Parcelforce for these deliveries. While we will do what we can to minimise any additional costs incurred during your Import of our goods, we cannot be responsible for these costs as it is simply impractical for a relatively small company to keep track of the import regulations, duties, taxes or tariffs imposed by foreign (to us) governmental organisations. These deliveries are sent DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) by default. If it would work out cheaper overall to send them DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) and you are ordering regularly, please get in touch and we can set up some new delivery options but this may have to be done on an order by order basis so we can take the time to check the current rules and rates etc.
We operate all of of deliveries on a non-profit basis - generally, we charge whatever we pay the courier, plus a small additional amount to offset the costs of packaging materials, payment processing fees, and time spent on the order. We will always do our best to keep these costs to a minimum, and generally this addition to the actual shipping cost is kept below or around £2 gbp. but larger orders may incur larger costs for packaging. We don't want to put everyone's prices up to cover the occasional outlying order costs. This is, we believe, the fairest way for the majority of our customers.
While we will always try to use the delivery option requested on an order, we do reserve the right to change to an alternative carrier if we need to, but will always try to make sure that these changes do not reduce the level of service you receive.
