Another way we are working to help you day-to-day is our second website at www.hydropatterns.co.uk - this is basically a clone of our main site with lots taken out. Every pattern we stock is there, but no paints, activators, etc. There are no prices or purchase functions either.
The main reason for this is so you can send YOUR customers to the www.hydropatterns.co.uk website, then they can look at all of the patterns we stock, come back to you with a film code and/or name instead of a vague description, but without fuelling the "if the film is only £5 why are you charging £120?" type questions.
With any luck this second site will help reduce errors and re-work caused by miscommunication over patterns, save you having to explain over and over how much more there is to the process than just the film, and because it's a linked modified version of our main site, there is no delay between new patterns being available from Rabid Graphics, and appearing on the Hydropatterns site.
